EODev acquires EVE System

Following our initial investment in the company in 2020, which enabled us to strengthen our position as an industrial player in the energy transition, we are delighted to have finalized our merger and acquisition of EVE System. With 25 years of expertise in the design, development and production of battery systems, electronic boards and on-board software, this strategic alliance supports our strategy of growth and range extension through an offer comprising hydrogen technologies and battery systems.

Based not far from Lyon, EVE System is one of the few French players to design and assemble its own battery modules in France, guaranteeing total control of the hardware. This approach is complemented by the development of its own battery management system (BMS) and customized electronic boards, ensuring enhanced safety, optimized energy management and flexible integration in demanding industrial and mobile applications

EVE System's solutions are recognized for their quality, performance and sustainability, anticipating the European regulations adopted in recent years and those to come: screw-cell battery modules favoring recycling, absence of rare earths, maximum safety thanks to Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) technology.

In less than 5 years, EODev has established itself as a leader in zero-emission energy solutions, with its GEH2® mobile and stationary power generators units and REXH2® marine fuel cell systems, distributed in nearly 30 countries.

The integration of EVE System broadens the company's scope and diversifies its offering with the development of complementary battery solutions, such as the recently launched BESSTIE® 120. Designed and manufactured in France, this innovative equipment illustrates the dynamics and synergies between EODev and EVE System.
